Allah says in Quran:
وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تَكۡرَهُواْ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۖ وَعَسَىٰٓ أَن تُحِبُّواْ شَيۡـٔٗا وَهُوَ شَرّٞ لَّكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ
and it may be that you dislike a thing which is good for you and that you like a thing which is bad for you. Allāh knows, but you do not know.
Surah Al-Baqarah: Ayah 216
- As kids, we didn’t always understand why we have to listen to our parents. This was even more the case when we hit the teenage years. However, everything becomes clear when we become parents ourselves.
- If we think deeper for a while, we are all like little children to Allah. We always want to do everything, and ask Allah to grant our wishes. But we blame and angry with Allah for not granting all our pray, our hardship in life. As we do not know, its all for our good. Allah is all knowing.
