Consistency (Istiqamah) in Reading the Qur’an

Narrated Abdullah bin Amru RA, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

“It will be said to the companion of the Qur’an: ‘Recite and ascend (in ranks or to Paradise), and recite as you used to recite in the world, for your rank (in Paradise) will be at the last verse you recite.'”

Sunan Abu Dawud (1464)

  • Reading the Qur’an is not just an act of worship, but it is also spiritual nourishment that can guide us towards a better life, both in this world and the hereafter. Just as we need food to sustain our physical lives, the Qur’an is spiritual sustenance necessary for the well-being and continuity of the heart and soul.
  • Let us strive together to improve the quality of our worship every day.
