اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا عَمِلْتُ وَشَرِّ مَا لَمْ أَعْمَلْ
“O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the evil of what I have done and from the evil of what I have not done.”
